An opportunity for Uzbek citizens to evaluate the work of government agencies and organizations online

For this purpose, a number of departments, including the Center for Economic Research and Reforms and the Agency for Public Services, have developed the BAHO.GOV.UZ portal.

Users will be given the opportunity to leave comments on the quality of the provision of public services according to various criteria - for example, in terms of meeting deadlines or staff qualifications.

It is assumed that negative assessments of citizens will help to draw attention to certain problems in the work of various structures and will become a serious signal for their leaders.

At the time of publication, citizens can evaluate the public services of 9 ministries and 1 joint stock company.
So far, there is no information about the increase in the number of state institutions.
