By May 20, the ministry has been instructed to analyze the profitability of public functions that can be transferred to the private sector and will draw up a final list of proposed public functions that will be transferred to the private sector.

By August 1, a list of state functions recommended for transfer to the private sector will be drawn up and submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers along with the corresponding conclusions.

In addition, by October 1, a draft regulatory act on the transfer of state functions to the private sector, approved by the government, will be developed. According to which, an electronic platform will be created for the creation and maintenance of a single register of functions.
