1.2 thousand tons of lemons worth 1.3 million US dollars were exported

According to the State Statistics Committee, in the first two months of 2022, Uzbekistan exported 1.2 thousand tons of lemons worth 1.3 million US dollars to six foreign countries.

Lemon exports increased by 309 tons compared to the same period last year.

In January-February 2022, Uzbekistan was the largest exporter of lemons:

Russia - 715 tons
Kazakhstan - 325 tons
Kirghizskaya R. - 194 tons

Regions that exported the most lemons:

Ferghana region - 521 tons
Tashkent region - 219 tons
Khorezm region - 159 tons
