According to the forecast "Uzhydromet" early in the morning on April 17, the temperature is expected to drop to zero degrees Celsius in the northern regions of the country under the influence of a cold anticyclone.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara and Navoi regions and mountainous areas the temperature will drop to zero degrees.

On April 16 and 17, nighttime lows in Ustyurt could drop to -3 degrees Celsius.

"The decrease in night temperatures to zero degrees this season can also significantly reduce the temperature on the surface of the soil, which can provoke the phenomenon of "cold blow" for agriculture," said Erkin Abdulakhatov, a specialist of Uzhydromet.
