Dust storm observed in Bukhara

Since yesterday, a dust storm has been observed in the Alat district of Bukhara. This was announced by the leading specialist of Uzhydromet, climate scientist Erkin Abdulahatov on his page on the social network.
“Our observers, who live in the Alat district of Bukhara, are sending images showing dust covering the air,” he wrote.
According to Abdulahatov, in the regions, due to small dust particles in the air, the visibility range is limited to 600-700 meters.
The Bukhara Hydrometeorological Department reported that strong winds seen in the center of Turkmenistan are blowing dust particles from the soil into the sky in places, causing dust storms in parts of the Bukhara region through neighboring Lebap region.
