Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan: new cooperation in the development of electronic government

The delegation of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, headed by the Minister of ICT Sh. Shermatov, visited the Republic of Kazakhstan on a working trip. During the business trip, a meeting was held between representatives of the delegation of the Ministry of ICT and JSC "Holding Zerde".

During the meeting between the Center for E-Government Project Management under the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and JSC "Zerde Holding", a memorandum was signed with the aim of expanding cooperation and exchange of experience in the development of e-government and digital transformation of public services.

JSC "Holding Zerde", established in 2008, is the main driver of the country's digitalization. Zerde is engaged in the development of e-government and creates an IT architecture for government agencies. The company carries out systematic work on the implementation of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan", is engaged in the development of the IT-technologies market and the implementation of breakthrough projects.
