What will change in Uzbekistan from August 1?

From August 1 of this year, legal service centers in our country will start providing services to schools, kindergartens and polyclinics. Also, the Mobile-ID system, the Openness index, and the electronic information system of medical and social expertise will be introduced.

The Mobile-ID system has been introduced, and the system provides identification of a person through a mobile phone number. Identification using the Mobile-ID system is carried out at the request of citizens by public service centers or notary offices or through the SPIPS mobile application.

Also, the educational process of experienced higher education institutions (Tashkent State University of Economics, Tashkent Institute of Finance, Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service) includes updated courses on "Accounting" and "Audit" for bachelor's and master's majors. curricula are introduced.

In addition, the activity of the openness index has been launched, which measures the efficiency of work on ensuring openness in state authorities and management bodies, as well as economic entities with a state share of 50 percent or more in the authorized capital, as well as state unitary enterprises.

In our capital, a new electronic information system "Medical-social expertise" is being introduced for registration and examination of persons with disabilities in the commissions.

At the same time, a new rating system will be introduced to evaluate the effectiveness of family medical centers and family polyclinics. This is one of the measures aimed at improving the quality of primary medical and sanitary care provided to the population, supporting medical workers and increasing their efficiency.
