«Turkiye will work to create the strongest army in the world» – Erdogan

The President of the Republic of Turkiye noted that despite a certain shortage of personnel, the Turkish Armed Forces continue to demonstrate new successes.

"Turkiye will continue to strengthen its army so that it becomes the strongest in the world." This statement was made on Friday by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

“We will continue steps to strengthen the army, up to turning it into the strongest in the world. On the path of further development of Turkiye, we attach particular importance to increasing the deterrence potential of the Armed Forces,” Anadolu Agency quotes him as saying.

Erdogan noted that despite a certain shortage of personnel, the Turkish Armed Forces continue to demonstrate new successes.

According to him, the power of the Turkish army is also manifested in the fight against terrorism. "The fight against terrorism will continue until the threat is completely eliminated," he stressed.
