Independent Nursing is allowed
The Government decree approved the Regulation on the procedure for carrying out the activities of "Nursing" as a self-employed person.
According to the Regulation, persons who have secondary medical (nursing, medical care, obstetrics) or higher nursing education, who do not work in a state or non-state medical organization (Nurse), are allowed to engage in "nursing" activities as a self-employed person. To do this, a nurse is registered through a special mobile application or a taxpayer's personal account, or upon arrival at the state tax service body.
A nurse is issued a certificate, on the basis of which she is registered in the information program of the Ministry of Health and begins independent activity as a nurse. At the same time, a qualification certificate is required, if an independent nurse does not have 3 years after graduation from an educational organization, this certificate is not required. The certificate is issued for an unlimited period, no fee is charged for its registration.
An independent nurse is personally responsible for her actions (inaction) when carrying out activities.
