What will change in the legislation of Uzbekistan from September 1

Norma.uz has published a list of major changes in legislation that will come into force on September 1:
• The salaries and pensions of employees of budgetary organizations are increasing;
• Will begin to pay compensation to agricultural entities;
• The issuance of technical certificates is canceled on the passage of technical inspection for all types of vehicles;
• Road transport services - through the auction will be provided by monopolistic organizations and organizations with state participation;
• Introduced benefits for applicants, increased salaries for teachers;
• The requirements for candidates for service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs are changing: a system of continuous educational and career process is being introduced, and only persons with higher education will be accepted for service;
• Requirements for remote control are softened;
• Individual carriers will be able to carry out their activities only using the services of aggregators;
• Introduced new fines in the field of technical regulation;
• Sports will become more popular: archery, equestrian sports, the “Sports for All” project, subsidies and a club building;
• For forensic experts - additional support measures;
• Employment to government agencies is carried out only through a competition;
• Students studying at HEU on a fee-contract basis are allocated educational loans;
• A Youth Business School is being created in Tashkent;
• Establishes a unified procedure for online auctions;
• Viticulture clusters are being created;
• Migrants will be paid compensation;
• Children without parents will be supported;
• State bodies for the protection of children are being formed;
• The procedure for paying benefits to low-income families is changing;
• Birth registration - on an integrated basis;
• Certification of teachers will take place throughout the year.
