Tourism ministers of the Turkic Council states took a bike ride around Kokand

During a visit to Kokand University, Aziz Abdukhakimov suggested that the ministers of the Turkic Council states take a bike ride around the city. 

Representatives of the Turkic Council gladly accepted the offer and made a bike ride from Kokand University to the "Silkroad" hotel.
