130 million dollars will be allocated directly to entrepreneurs without the participation of banks

This year, 6.2 trillion soums will be allocated to increase food production based on new mechanisms.

Including:
-700 billion soums will be allocated from the agricultural fund for working capital of fruit and vegetable growing;

-500 billion soums will be allocated for the supply of seedlings, seeds, fertilizers and equipment for the land provided to the population.

From April 1, 130 million dollars will be allocated directly to entrepreneurs, without the participation of banks. At the same time, there will be no bank surcharge, and the entrepreneur will be able to get a loan much cheaper than on the market. These funds are allocated at 14 percent for a period of up to 10 years for the production, processing and purchase of products, and the purchase of equipment.

At the same time, an intensive orchard and vineyards, logistics facilities are being built ready-made and rented out to entrepreneurs. Now the entrepreneur pays 20% in advance, and pays the remaining 80% in installments over 10 years.

At the same time, entrepreneurs submit their projects through a transparent electronic platform of the Ministry of Agriculture. The Ministry finances the projects directly.
