A citizen may be imprisoned for 8 to 15 years as a result of theft

Theft, i.e. the theft of another person's property by stealth, if committed under aggravating circumstances, may be punishable by imprisonment for a term of 8 to 15 years.
Robbery, i.e. an open robbery of another's property, committed under aggravating circumstances, may be punishable by imprisonment for a term of 10 to 15 years.
Burglary, i.e. an attack on another's property with the intent to rob, the use of violence dangerous to life or health, or the threat of such violence under aggravating circumstances - shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of 15 to 20 years.
