A meeting of the Procedural Committee of the IDB Group was held

As part of the program of the 46th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the IDB, a meeting of the Procedural Committee, the internal body of the Bank, whose functions are to consider and adopt resolutions on key issues on the agenda of the Annual Meeting, took place.

During the meeting, the reports on the operational and financial activities of the IDB for 2020 were considered, reports on accounts were approved, external auditors were appointed for the IDB, the Waqf Fund, the AWQAF Real Estate Investment Fund, the Waqf World Fund and the Science Transformation Fund, technology and innovation for the next reporting period, elections for the Chairman and two Vice-Chairs for the period 2021-2022 were held, and the composition of the Procedural Committee for the 47th Annual Meeting of the Governing Council in 2022 was determined.
