A new system of work with appeals of the population is being created in Uzbekistan

A new online platform is being created in our country to solve the housing problem, obtain a loan, find employment, treat and provide a small financial assistance to our citizens.

Previously, a citizen first applied to the mahalla to solve his problem. His question is not solved. Then he goes to the district khokimiyat. There he is not satisfied with the answer. After that, the applicant "persistently" sends applications to the region, ministries, People's Reception Offices of all levels, the government, both houses of parliament. In fact, all the above-mentioned departments were dealing with an issue that could be solved in the district.

Now all citizens ' appeals will be collected in a single electronic database. Its results will be submitted to the Senate and the Government on a monthly basis.
