A public service is provided for the issuance of a corporate manager's qualification certificate

The administrative regulations for the provision of public services for the issuance of a qualification certificate of a corporate manager have been approved by a government resolution. According to the regulations, the certificate of qualification of a corporate manager is issued by the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship to confirm the qualification in the field of corporate management.

The candidate must meet the following basic qualification requirements:

Have a certificate of completion of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship's "modern practices and principles of corporate governance" course ;

Has mastered the discipline of corporate governance with a score of 86 or higher in the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship "business administration", "capital market and stock market" and "small business and private entrepreneurship" ("business innovation and entrepreneurship"), as well as studied in higher education institutions and business schools in foreign countries and received a degree. and received the highest score or score in the science of corporate governance.

A fee in the amount of 1-fold size of the basic calculation value (300,000 soums) is charged for the provision of public services (the size of the fee is 270,000 soums when applying through my.gov.uz).

The term of validity of the qualification certificate is 5 years and is not renewable.
