A student from Uzbekistan won a bronze medal at the International Mathematics Olympiad

Students from Uzbekistan participated in the 63rd International Mathematical Olympiad, which was held in Oslo, Norway, on July 6-16.

The bronze medal was won by Lazizbek Rajabboyev, a student of the Karakol International School of Mathematics, who represented Uzbekistan at the Olympiad in which 589 students from 104 countries participated.

60 million soums will be awarded to the student and 45 million soums to the teacher for the bronze medal.

The results of the competition were announced by the Ministry of Public Education.
