A total of 18 documents were signed between Uzbekistan and Iran

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ibragim Raisi signed a joint statement. It noted the main agreements and set long-term tasks for further expansion of multifaceted cooperation between the two countries.
At the end of the negotiations, bilateral agreements and memoranda were signed. These are:
agreement on simplification of visa procedures for representatives of business and scientific circles and tourist groups;
agreement on the bilateral exemption of holders of diplomatic passports from visa requirements;
Cooperation program in the field of tourism in 2022-2025;
memorandum of understanding in the fields of Science, Technology and innovation;
memorandum on the exchange of electronic customs information on the movement of goods and vehicles through the customs border;
Memorandum on the exchange of electronic information on E-Tir;
memorandum on cooperation in the fields of science, research, education and technology;
agreement between the ministries of Agriculture;
memorandum on cooperation in the field of health, treatment, scientific research, education, pharmaceutical and medical equipment;
memorandum on cooperation in the field of sports;
memorandum on cooperation in oil, gas and petrochemical sectors;
Memorandum on the implementation of international cargo transportation and transit through the port "Chobahor";
Cooperation program between foreign ministries in 2022-2024;
memorandum on issues of employment and Labor Relations.
