Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company will build a new water treatment plant in our country

On November 2, The Hyatt Regency Tashkent Hotel held a ceremony to sign an agreement between Uzsuvtaminot JSC and Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company of the UAE (ADSSC) to start developing a project for the construction of a new water treatment and sewage treatment plant in the Tashkent region.
As noted at the ceremony, the implementation of the project will allow to reduce the load on existing water treatment facilities, as well as significantly increase the efficiency of water treatment processes and the quality of drinking water. In accordance with the agreement, the ADSSC conducts research to determine the configuration of the project and its main parameters for the subsequent agreement on the financing, construction and conditions of use of the new facility.
Within the framework of the event, a meeting was held between the first deputy minister of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov and the general director of the ADSSC Ahmad al-Shamsi.
At the meeting, the successful experience of investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and the UAE in the fields of energy, agriculture, infrastructure was noted, and readiness was expressed to further expand relations in the areas of mutual trade and investment.
The UAE side highly appreciated the effectiveness of reforms carried out in Uzbekistan, the increasing investment attractiveness of the Republic and expressed its interest in long-term investment in large projects implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
