An additional 200 public services are planned to be provided through the State Service Centre and my.gov.uz

A draft presidential decree "On the State Programme for the Implementation of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy for 2022-2026 in the Year of Attention to People and Quality Education" has been submitted for public discussion.

The draft provides, inter alia, for the following:

-Implementation of a system of rating assessment of the activities of state bodies and organisations to improve the quality of services provided to citizens and entrepreneurs;
-Provision of additional 200 public services traditionally provided by state bodies and organizations through SSC and PSFC (my.gov.uz);
-Provision of state services in the area of migration and registration of citizenship to the population in need of social protection (disabled, seriously ill, elderly, etc.) through permanent residence or departure for temporary residence without additional payment for the service provided;
-Provision of utilities for checking electricity, gas and water meters on a proactive basis (without waiting for citizen's application on the service provider's initiative).

The draft also provides for an extension of the period of payment of pensions accrued to a pensioner, but not received on time, from 12 months to 24 months from 1 January 2024.
