Announcement: The procedure for providing public services to confirm the circumstances of force majeure

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 28, 2022 No. 625 "On approval of the Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services to confirm the circumstances of force majeure (force majeure)", confirmation of the circumstances of force majeure (force majeure) that occurred on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out by the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

To receive this service, the applicant must fill out a questionnaire by downloading the relevant documents by using modern means of identification (electronic digital signature, mobile ID, etc.) and send it for consideration through the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From December 28, 2022, applications will be accepted only through a Single portal of Interactive Public services. Applications received directly and by e-mail will not be accepted.
