Asian Weightlifting Championships: Adhamjon Ergashev wins three gold medals

At the Asian Weightlifting Championships in Bahrain, Adhamjon Ergashev of our national team won three gold medals in the -67kg weight class with 138kg in the snatch and 176kg in the jerk and 314kg in the biathlon.

Also in the -73kg weight class, Doston Yakubov won two gold and one bronze medal at the Asian Championships. Yakubov added a bronze medal in the snatch (182kg) and a gold medal in the biathlon (322kg) with 140kg.
