At the initiative of the President, the program “My First Home” starts in the Tashkent region

For this purpose, a special housing company is being created under the Ministry of Construction. He will be allocated a land plot of 36 hectares in the Zangiot region, and a project for the integrated development of this territory will be developed.

In this area, 58 comfortable and energy-efficient apartment buildings will be built that meet all standards and are designed for 2.5 thousand families.

For 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in these homes, the monthly payment will be cheaper than current subsidized mortgage payments.

The Ministry of Construction, the khokimiyat of the Tashkent region were instructed to complete the master plan for the city “my first home” within a week, to conduct an expert and public discussion of the project.
