Bakhtiyor Rakhmanov appointed acting hokim of Tashkent

First Deputy Hokim of Tashkent B. Rakhmanov was appointed acting khokim of Tashkent and Deputy Prosecutor-General E. Yuldashev was appointed prosecutor of the city.
