Catalog of the exhibition

It was announced that after the exhibition "Treasures of Uzbekistan's oases. At the Crossroads of Caravan Roads", the scientific catalog dedicated to the exhibition will be kept in the Louvre.
"To create the catalog I have attracted a small group of highly qualified specialists from Uzbekistan and other countries. The catalog, in addition to scientific information, will contain many photographs not only of the exhibits, but also of the natural landscapes and interesting architectural structures of Uzbekistan.
I think this book will be important for those who are interested in culture of Uzbekistan and Central Asia as a whole". - said Rocco Rante, curator of the exhibition in the Louvre.
It is also noted that special effects were invented to make the exhibition unusual, due to which the audience is completely immersed in its atmosphere.
For example, the visitor will see for the first time a wall panel from the 7th century from the city of Varakhsha. It depicts an elephant with riders being attacked by two tigers.
"While the public will enjoy the exhibition, they can hear the sounds of wind, animal noises and other sounds. At the same time, the lights in the hall are turned off, while the panel, on the contrary, is illuminated. This gives the impression of the existence of the events being described. - added Rante.
Earlier we reported that the curator of the exhibition noted that such an exhibition in the history will not be in the next 30 years.
