Checks carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Competition Law

​In accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Competition" for the third quarter of 2021 by the Antimonopoly Committee and its territorial departments, 87 economic entities have a competitive advantage in the Commodity or financial market.

During the inspections, it was revealed that 4 monopolies did not comply with the requirements of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Competition" in 19 cases when concluding direct contracts.

Based on the results, competition, natural monopolies, consumer protection and in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the procedure for initiating and considering cases of violations of competition legislation, on natural monopolies, on consumer protection, and on advertising" and the procedure for their consideration, the territorial committee departments.
