City of Tashkent budget for the first half of the year amounted to 13.8 trillion UZS

The decree "On execution of forecast indicators of State Budget and local budget revenues of Tashkent city for the first half of 2022" reads that in the first half of this year, the State Budget of Tashkent made up 13.8 trillion UZS. The forecast of 12.4 trillion UZS was fulfilled by 111 percent.

Incomes of local budgets made up 3.2 trillion UZS, local budgets of cities and districts of Tashkent have implemented the projected 2.8 trillion UZS by 116 percent.

As a result, additional 412.5 billion UZS remained in the local budget, in addition to the forecast.

Particularly, income tax in the capital city was fulfilled 17.6 percent more, 116 billion UZS, as compared to the plan.

The highest figure was recorded in the personal income tax, which made up 49.3 percent, or 272.3 billion UZS.

It was noted that the local budget of the capital city received 907 billion UZS in excess of the forecast on tax revenues to the national budget.

The amount of funds from the sale of rights to land plots made up 35.6 billion UZS, which exceeded the plan of revenues of local budget of Tashkent. As a result, the Tashkent budget received 154 billion UZS.

The amount of overpaid taxes to the budget decreased by 37 billion UZS or 51 percent compared to last year (76 billion UZS).
