Criminal liability for violation of trade rules is completely canceled

The open Authority notes that the problem that has plagued our entrepreneurs operating in the field of trade for almost 30 years will also be solved, that is, criminal liability for violation of trade rules will be completely canceled (Article 189 of the Criminal Code).

Small business representatives who make mistakes for the first time are not subject to punishment. Instead, a system will be introduced that will help tax authorities to eliminate the shortcomings.

The amount of fines should also not exceed the tax that entrepreneurs pay.
