Establishes the procedure for the payment of additional payments to employees of medical and preventive treatment institutions who have a scientific degree

Monthly supplementary payment shall not exceed 30% of official salary for employees having degrees of candidates of sciences or doctors of philosophy and 60% of official salary for employees having PhD degrees.

The Resolution of the Government approved the Regulation on the procedure of payment of additional payments to employees of medical and preventive treatment institutions who have a scientific degree. The Regulation establishes the procedure for monthly additional payments to medical workers with scientific degrees, who contribute to the development of science in the field of medicine in state medical institutions.

Accordingly, employees of institutions who have a scientific degree of Doctor of Science, Candidate of Science or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) are set a monthly supplement at their main place of work.

The allowance shall be set for the next year based on the analysis of the employee's performance in the current year (calendar year).

The amount of the surcharge is set in proportion to the position held by the employee, but no more than one rate to the official salary accrued monthly.

If an employee works at more than one institution under an employment contract in accordance with the procedure established by law, he/she will be entitled to receive an additional payment at the main place of work.
