Face recognition system based on biometric data will be introduced in Tashkent

This system is aimed at ensuring public order, preventing the spread of viral and infectious diseases, crime and terrorism.

According to the press service of the capital city administration, at the 69th session of the Tashkent City Council, the deputies discussed the information of Shavkat Fayziev, the responsible officer of the Cyber Security Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, "On the approval of the project concept of the facial recognition and control system based on biometric data."

It is reported that this system helps to prevent risks such as the spread of viral and infectious diseases, riots, crime and terrorism.
