Future political consultations of Uzbek-Indian Foreign Ministry

The 15th round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of India will be held on May 11 in Delhi.

The Uzbek delegation will be headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Furkat Sidikov.

The agenda of the event encompasses topical issues of further strengthening the Uzbek-Indian cordial relations and strategic partnership, expanding multifaceted cooperation in political, commercial, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

Special attention will be paid to the implementation of previously reached agreements, as well as the development of practical cooperation in trade, industrial cooperation, green development, innovation and digital technologies, transport and logistics, cultural and humanitarian exchanges.

Prospects for the development of interregional cooperation are planned to be addressed.

The sides are also expected to exchange views on the international and regional agenda.
