The head of our state stressed the need for greater involvement of local builders in constructive work

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev studied the presentation of construction objects. Initially, proposals on the Olympic town and the Yangi Uzbekistan University project were considered.

The Olympic city will host the Asian Youth Games to be held in Tashkent in 2025. The head of our state stressed the importance of universal sports complexes.

The presentation also considered the Yangi Uzbekistan University project. For this purpose, a place has been allocated in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of the capital city and the construction of academic buildings, administrative buildings, dormitories for teachers and students, kitchen,
library, laboratory, sports complex is planned.

The Presidential School is now located in this district. In the future the Agency for Presidential Educational Institutions will also be located here. Thus, the district will become a single complex specialising in the field of education.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev: "Specialised schools are our foundation. Our children will grow up there educated and comprehensively developed. The university is an extension of this system and educates the needed modern specialists for our country. Therefore, there should be all conditions here, advanced methods".
The Head of State stressed the need to involve more local builders in the construction projects.

The next project, presented at the presentation, is also oriented toward youth development. According to this project, it is planned to build centres in the residential areas, including stadiums, playgrounds, libraries, kitchens, sanitary facilities and so on.
