Google has allocated $ 35 million in aid to Ukrainian refugees

Google has allocated $ 35 million to humanitarian organizations to help Ukrainian refugees.

Google and Alphabet Director Sundar Pichai made the announcement at a press conference following a video conference meeting with Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansei on March 29.

“Google has so far provided more than $ 35 million in assistance to organizations supporting refugees in Poland, as well as $ 10 million in grants to non-governmental organizations,” Pichai said.

For iformation: 2.34 million Ukrainian refugees have arrived in Poland since February 24. The Polish government estimates that 1.7-1.8 million people remain in Poland.
