On the occasion of the 31st anniversary of formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Ibrahim Abdurahmanov was awarded the "Namunali Xizmati Uchun" first class lapel badge of the Ministry of Defense.
