Ilham Aliyev invited heads of all Turkic states to Karabakh and Zangizar

In his speech at the Samarkand summit of the Organization of Turkic States, the President Ilham Aliyev thanked Shavkat Mirziyoyev for the initiative to build a school in Fizuli district. Aliyev also invited the heads of all Turkic states to Karabakh and Zangizar.

"The war in Karabakh is over. We have opened the Zangizar corridor. All countries in the region will benefit from the opening of this corridor," Ilham Aliyev said.
