In Uzbekistan, it is proposed to strengthen responsibility for those who pay online gambling through paynet

Employees of the Legal Policy Research Institute under the Ministry of Justice presented several proposals during the studies. Among them, there is also a proposal to strengthen responsibility towards individuals who are making payments to illegal online totalizers through P2P-platforms (Paynet).

As well:

at the same time, the implementation of active propaganda aimed at informing about the widespread gambling-interest fraud;

revising responsibility for the advertising of these games and increasing the penalties to be established;

strengthen liability to individuals who are making payments to illegal online totalizers through P2P-platforms (Paynet) ;

in this case, it will be necessary to strictly establish the requirement to remain in the position of banning any types of gambling and risk-based games, not to allow bookmaker activity in the development of the sports sector.
