In Uzbekistan legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will be able to open bank accounts online

According to the relevant resolution of the President, from May 1, 2023 commercial banks will be allowed to remotely open a bank account for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs whose founders are residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In addition, legal entities will now be able to fill out contracts in electronic form for services for electricity, natural gas, hot water, drinking water, sewage and telecommunications, reports on their consumption, one-time and periodic documents on the cost of the contract for the next period.
