In Uzbekistan, preferential education loans are provided to prepare young people for IT courses

The Presidential Decree ”On additional measures to expand the possibilities of acquiring modern knowledge and profession" was adopted. According to Decree, from October 1, 2022, a system of allocation of educational credit for the education of young people in the field of information technology will be established in the training courses of non-governmental educational organizations.

Young people who are citizens of Uzbekistan, as well as stateless and permanently residing in the Republic, are issued loans at the basic rate of the central bank. Their amount is allocated up to 65 times the amount of the base calculation (19.5 million soums) with a grace period of 1 year for a period of 4 years.
