In Uzbekistan, some banks have introduced a commission for withdrawing foreign currency from international cards

Now holders of Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay international cards will have to pay a commission for cash withdrawals at cash desks and ATMs of a number of banks, in particular "Kapitalbank" and " Ipak yo‘li Bank".

This practice has been introduced in "Kapitalbank" since July 27, where customers will have to pay a commission of 0.7% of the amount to withdraw cash.

Starting from July 28, a commission fee of 1 percent has been set at "Ipak yo‘li" bank.
