«Industry 4.0» technology seminar held in Tashkent

Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the involvement of experts of Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC) organized a seminar for representatives of local industrial enterprises on "Accelerating the implementation of Industrial 4.0 in small, medium and large enterprises," which will be held October 19-21 this year in Tashkent.
Representatives of more than 60 different organizations of state and private sector of Uzbekistan will take part in the event. The seminar includes lectures and presentations on the main features of "Industry 4.0", viz: "accelerated technology adoption" of "high data", "cloud computing", "internet of things" and "smart manufacturing", deep integration of information technology into industry ("Cyber-Fisical Systems" or CPS).
P.S. MTDC was established in 1994 by Malaysia's Ministry of International Trade and Industry to conduct academic research and implement its findings into leading industries. The corporation develops and finances new technologies needed by industry, improves the start-up ecosystem, supports innovative ideas and funds new projects.
