Information on the supervisory boards of state-owned companies is posted on a special portal

A government decree "On measures to improve the procedure for forming candidates for the supervisory boards of enterprises with state participation" has been adopted.

State-owned enterprises to manage the process of selecting candidates for the supervisory board cns.davaktiv.uz portal launched.

Candidates for members of the supervisory board are selected on the basis of industry expertise, managerial experience, finance, corporate governance, strategic planning and other qualifications.

The Decree approves the Regulation on the Procedure of Selecting Candidates to the Supervisory Board of State-Owned Enterprises with State Participation.

The statute defines the requirements for candidates, the stages and procedure of selection, the tasks of the commission, and the evaluation procedure.

From 1 January 2023, the composition of the management and control bodies of enterprises with state participation and information on vacancies shall be posted on a special portal within 2 working days of the change cns.davaktiv.uz.

Members of the company's executive body and supervisory board who fail to post data are not allowed to be encouraged.
