It is official: The license of QURAMAX MEDIKAL LLC was revoked

Today, the Tashkent Inter-District Economic Court issued a list P6580 dated December 10, 2019 to "QURAMAX MEDIKAL" LLC of the Pharmaceutical Network Development Agency under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to conduct pharmaceutical activities and to withdraw from circulation and destroy unfit for use drugs, on its application was held in open court proceedings.

Based on the decision of Tashkent Inter-District Economic Court dated January 13, 2023, licence No. P6580 dated December 10, 2019, issued to "QURAMAX MEDIKAL" LLC to conduct pharmaceutical activity was defined as withdrawn from circulation and destroyed.

The decision announced by the parties in this economic case may be appealed against in accordance with the procedure and within the time limits established by law.

Said court ruling on the application of the measure of legal force enters into force ten days after its adoption, unless an appeal (protest) is filed.
