Kazakhstan presented its IT solutions to the Turkic Council

On September 28, the Interregional Forum "Smart City Nur-Sultan" was held in Nur-Sultan with the participation of representatives of the Turkic Council for Cooperation of Turkic-speaking states.

The forum discussed the possibilities of mutually beneficial cooperation and exchange of experience on digital transformation, the introduction of the latest technologies and the development of innovations between the Akimat of Nur-Sultan and the delegation of the Council member states. The event was held in compliance with strict sanitary standards.

Also, during this visit, representatives of the Council got acquainted with the current achievements and planned directions for the development of digital technologies in various spheres of life in the capital. Delegations were shown digital projects I-komek, iQala, CTS.

In order to promote local IT solutions to foreign markets at the interregional forum, complex products of Kazakhtelecom JSC were presented to build a Smart City. In particular, Nurlan Meirmanov, Chief Innovation Officer of the largest telecom operator, demonstrated already proven and working technologies that make any city "smart" and cover all important spheres of city life, such as security, healthcare, housing and communal services, education, transport, etc. etc.

Also at the forum were presented projects to ensure road safety "Sergek", an educational project Roqed Science, a startup project on access control and accounting of visits for schools and universities Clockster, a project to implement transport analytics and the Intelligent Transportation System based on the TargetEYE platform. At the event, the participants were introduced to the Geoinformation Center of the city of Nur-Sultan.
