Land plots evaluation is not subject to examination

The President noted that this experience should be implemented in all districts and cities.

From now on:

Land auction process will be abated from 48 days to 15 days for lease, from 74 to 20 days for property rights;

Land evaluation is not subject to examination, the real value is determined at auction;

From January 1, 2023, the procedure for reconciling the information available in the cadastral offices with other agencies when auctioning land will be abolished.

In this circumstance, head of the agency will bear the responsibility, who did not provide information to the cadastre.
