Laziz Kudratov met with the management of Zeppelin International AG

Minister of investments, industry and trade Laziz Kudratov held negotiations with Frank Janas, chairman of Zeppelin International AG, on 19 January. The sides discussed in detail prospects of establishing Centre for repair and restoration of Caterpillar machinery components in Uzbekistan.

Following the talks, the sides defined further activities within the framework of bilateral cooperation and priority tasks to be implemented in the short and medium terms.

P.S. Zeppelin International AG was founded in 1950. Today, it is active in 43 countries and has an annual turnover of 3.7 billion euros. The company is official exclusive dealer of Caterpillar machinery in Uzbekistan. In May 2022, a Caterpillar large-knot vehicle assembly plant was launched in Tashkent.
