Lead consultant appointed to the speechwriting service of the Presidential Administration

Ulugbek Ibodinov has been appointed Lead Consultant at the Presidential Administration's Speechwriting Service. Prior to that, Ulugbek Ibodinov worked as Head of Department at the Mahalla newspaper.
