Livestock sector enable the potential and resources to employ a total of 1.65 million population

“Another key reason why I am holding today's meeting is an in-depth analysis of the performance of each region and district. There are all the opportunities and resources to provide employment for at least 300,000 people in animal husbandry, 150,000 people in sheep and goat breeding, 1.2 million people in silkworm breeding, and a total of 1.650.000 people in 2022”.

At the same time, the Prseident criticized the heads of the regions for not having a clear idea of the demand for meat, dairy and egg products, and what systematic work should be done in 2022 to meet this demand.

It was stressed that the governors themselves personally bear the responsibility for the execution of today's tasks in animal husbandry and silkworm breeding and the creation of these jobs.

It was noted that it is necessary to organize a training seminar for district governors, heads of agricultural sectors in the field of animal husbandry, sheep breeding, goat breeding, cocoon and wool industry.
