Loans up to 5 billion soums will be allocated in case of more than 3 years of entrepreneurial activity

The resolution of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan ”On measures to further expand the financing of entrepreneurial projects in the regions" was adopted.

According to the decision:

The Ministry of investment and foreign trade, the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved the proposal to allocate a credit line in the equivalent of US $ 300 million from the funds of the Fund for Reconstruction and development to commercial banks to finance the activities of small business entities;

the credit line is allocated to commercial banks in national currency at an annual rate of 10 percent for a period of 7 years, including a grace period of 3 years;

commercial banks allocate up to 5 billion soums for a period of up to 5 years at an annual rate of 14 percent for the implementation of projects in the sphere of production and service of loans (except for projects in the field of construction, trade, mediation, as well as for producers of Excise Goods, state enterprises and legal entities with a state share in;

loans are allocated from 6 months to 1 billion soums, from 6 months to 1 year to 2 billion soums, from 1 year to 2 years to 3 billion soums, from 2 years to 3 years to 4 billion soums and from 3 years to 5 billion soums;

at least 70 percent of the credit line funds are allocated to entrepreneurs operating in regions other than the city of Nukus, the administrative centers of the regions and the cities of the regional subordination.
