Mirziyoyev visited Victory Park and laid flowers at the memorial complex "Ode to Resilience"

9th May. Capital Square of Memory. Senators and deputies, members of the government, military personnel gathered here. Mournful music sounds.

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev enters the square. The head of state laid flowers at the Ode to Fortitude memorial in the new Victory Park in Tashkent.

Representatives of the Senate and the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, members of the government, public organizations laid flowers at the Monument to the Grieving Mother.

 The head of state paid tribute to the memory of compatriots who died in World War II, to the sounds of a military band, laid a wreath at the foot of the monument to Zulfiya Zakirova.
