Nature's art, or Elephant Rock

In the south-western United States, in Nevada, a unique natural formation resembling an elephant has been discovered. Elephant Rock is a gigantic block, over 10 metres high, in a mountain range of red limestone.

The US Geological Survey claims that it was formed about 150 million years ago by natural processes. Elephant Rock has become a popular tourist attraction and photo opportunity for travellers from all over the world.
